Rosexpress Delivery Services is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in connection with our parcel delivery services.

We operate from two locations:

2. What Data We Collect

We collect personal data in the following categories:

Website analytics (with consent only)

When you accept cookies, we collect: pages visited, time on site, clicks and scroll depth, device type, browser, approximate geographic location (country/city level), and anonymised IP address. We do not collect personally identifiable information through analytics.

Shipping and account data

When you register a shipment or create an account: your name, email address, phone number(s), delivery address, package contents declaration, and any special instructions you provide.

Communication data

Messages exchanged via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form, including any personal information you choose to share within those communications.

Payment records

Bank transfer references and payment confirmation records. We do not store card details — payments are made directly to our bank accounts.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website. GA4 is only activated after you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you click Decline, no analytics data is collected or sent to Google.

We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to operate our service:

  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — Customer communication via WhatsApp Business. Messages are subject to WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.
  • Zoho Corporation (ZeptoMail) — Transactional email delivery (shipment notifications, registration links). Emails may be processed on Zoho’s servers.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (R2 Storage) — Storage of parcel images and documents uploaded during the registration process.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. International Data Transfers

Some of our third-party providers are based in the United States. When we transfer personal data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

  • Google Analytics data is transferred to the USA. Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and is certified under its principles, providing an equivalent level of protection to UK GDPR.
  • Cloudflare R2 data is stored in regions we configure. We select UK/EU regions where available.

8. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

  • Right of access (Article 15): Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification (Article 16): Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Right to erasure (Article 17): Request deletion of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for us to continue processing it.
  • Right to restrict processing (Article 18): Ask us to suspend processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to data portability (Article 20): Receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller.
  • Right to object (Article 21): Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including profiling.
  • Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent (e.g. analytics cookies), you may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies and declining when the banner reappears. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
